Support Through Perimenopause & Menopause

Hot Flashes & Night Sweats

Acupuncture to help reduce the frequency and intensity of hot flashes and night sweats, two of the most common and disruptive symptoms of this transition.

Sleep Disruption

Support for the sleep difficulties that often accompany perimenopause and menopause, helping to regulate the nervous system for more restful, consistent sleep.

Mood, Anxiety & Irritability

Acupuncture for anxiety, burnout, and the mood changes and irritability that can accompany hormonal shifts, regulating the autonomic nervous system for lasting calm.

Hormonal Balance

Evidence-based acupuncture supporting the body's natural hormonal regulation as estrogen and progesterone shift through perimenopause into menopause.

Fatigue & Low Energy

Treatment to support energy levels and overall vitality, addressing the fatigue that can accompany disrupted sleep and hormonal change.

Joint & Muscle Aches

Many women experience new or worsening joint and muscle aches as estrogen declines. Acupuncture, combined with cupping and gua sha where appropriate, helps ease tension and support mobility.

Headaches & Migraines

Acupuncture for tension headaches and migraines driven by hormonal fluctuation, a common pattern during perimenopause.

Brain Fog & Concentration

Support for the difficulty concentrating and mental fogginess some women experience during this transition, alongside better sleep and reduced stress.

Healthy Aging

Gentle, effective care for mobility, pain management, and overall wellbeing as the body changes. Birthe brings particular warmth and patience to this stage of life.
