She brings an integrative East-West perspective to every treatment, focusing on how the body communicates through discomfort and how to support its natural healing.

Birthe has developed particular expertise in TMJ therapy, treating jaw dysfunction with a combination of acupuncture, e-stim, and myofascial release techniques.
