Kyle Whyte
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Before becoming a counsellor, Kyle worked as a corrections officer, an experience that shaped his understanding of trauma, stress adaptation and the pressures placed on first responders and frontline personnel. Wanting to create change in a more supportive role, he shifted to mental health work — now helping others build resilience, emotional safety and tools for life’s challenges.
Kyle supports adults, teens, couples and first responders dealing with trauma, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, workplace pressure, relationship stress and emotional fatigue. His style is empathetic, structured and grounded in therapeutic rapport.
He begins with a free 15-minute consultation to learn what clients want from counselling and to collaboratively plan goals and treatment direction. Clients appreciate his calm presence, non-judgment, and ability to make difficult conversations feel safe and constructive.
