Kyle Whyte, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)

Kyle provides a grounded, compassionate, and evidence-informed counselling approach for individuals needing clarity, emotional regulation, and support during challenging life experiences. He works with clients navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and major transitions. Kyle’s sessions offer a calm, steady environment where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies for long-term wellbeing.

Kayla Stocking, Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC)

Kayla brings a warm, steady, and client-centered counselling style that blends somatic awareness, experiential therapy, parts-work influences, mindfulness, and solution-focused tools. She supports youth (13+), adults, and couples through periods of growth, self-discovery, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions such as school or career changes, relationship shifts, and the complexities of parenthood. Kayla helps clients understand the patterns shaped by past experiences while reconnecting them with their strengths, resilience, and inner stability.

Together, Kyle and Kayla create a counselling team deeply committed to helping clients feel supported, grounded, and emotionally empowered.

Calli Martens, Registered Social Worker (RSW)

Calli is a Registered Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children and families through developmental, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Her background includes years as a Behavioural Interventionist, work in the Chilliwack Emergency Department supporting families in crisis, and multiple roles at BC Children’s Hospital. Now based back in Chilliwack, Calli offers online sessions through Mountain Ridge Wellness and will gradually transition to in-person care. She is passionate about helping children navigate difficult life situations, supporting families with autism, developmental delays, or behavioural concerns, and creating a warm, collaborative environment where both children and caregivers feel understood and supported.
