She has experience working with all different types of clients through her clinicals and spa experiences. She is passionate about helping her clients relieve stress, ease muscle tension, and pain, enjoy a calming full-body experience in her treatments. She has experience in Swedish-inspired relaxation massage, hot-stone therapy, and moderate – deep tissue massage. However these services are designed solely for relaxation, reduce inflammation, increase flexibility, comfort, and stress relief.
Anita believes massage therapy is very beneficial for a client’s overall well-being and recovery.
