REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY, HOT STONE & BODYWORK

No. Many patients come for general wellness, stress relief, relaxation, and maintenance, not only for injury recovery.

Wear whatever is comfortable. Patients typically undress to their comfort level and are always properly draped during treatment.

  • A brief intake discussion about your health history and concerns
  • A short assessment of posture, movement, and tissue tension
  • A tailored treatment that matches your goals
  • Proper draping and pressure adjusted to your comfort
  • Home-care or movement recommendations when appropriate

Most patients notice improvements immediately. Mild soreness can occur after deeper work and is normal.

It depends on your goals. Some patients come every 2–4 weeks for maintenance, while others book as needed for acute concerns.

Not for the clinic itself. Some insurance plans may require one for reimbursement, so check your provider if unsure.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture can support chronic pain, tension, TMJ concerns, stress and anxiety, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, sleep problems, and general wellness.

Yes. Our acupuncturists are fully trained and licensed, using sterile, single-use needles.

  • Eat a light meal beforehand
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Arrive a few minutes early for intake
  • Share any concerns or sensitivities with your practitioner

Most patients feel very little sensation. Some feel a light pinch, dull ache, or warmth — all normal responses.

COUNSELLING SERVICES

We support youth (13+), adults, and couples.

Stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, emotional regulation, burnout, parenting challenges, and personal growth.

No. You may book directly with our counsellors.

Our team integrates trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, parts-work, mindfulness, experiential therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

Yes. Sessions are private and confidential except in situations where safety concerns require otherwise (your counsellor will explain this during intake).

It varies by patient. Some prefer weekly sessions at the beginning, while others come biweekly or monthly. Your counsellor will help determine what works for you.
