Initial Appointment $120
An Initial Exam is booked for 40 minutes, which includes a History, Physical Exam, Report of Findings & Treatment.
Subsequent Treatment $65
A subsequent treatment is booked following the Initial Exam. A regular subsequent treatment is scheduled for 10 minutes and will provide follow up care required for the Treatment Plan.
Extended Subsequent Treatment $95
An extended subsequent treatment is scheduled for 20 minutes and may include one of the following modalities, Shockwave, Stimpod, Myofascial Cupping or Myofascial Release.
Nutritional/Supplement Consultation $95
Nutritional or Supplement consultation is scheduled for 20 minutes, for patients to discuss any related concerns for additional dietary conversations and supplement planning.
Initial Appointment with Modality $140
An Initial Exam with Modality Treatment, includes a History, Physical Exam, Report of Findings, and a treatment with Shockwave, Sitmpod or Myofascial Cupping.
Prenatal Initial Appointment $120
A typical prenatal exam is booked for 40 minutes, which includes a History or Physical Exam, Report of Findings and a treatment with the Webster Protocol.
Prenatal Subsequent Treatment $65
A prenatal subsequent treatment is scheduled for 10 minutes, and provides continued care for patients during their pregnancy.
Prenatal Extended Subsequent Treatment $95
An extended subsequent is booked for 20 minutes, and may include additional supportive care to work with the partner for at home care, and home exercises.
